Meet Michael Bullard

Michael's experience in the brokerage, construction and development industry spans more than 2 decades. He spent 5 years as a broker at Southwest Strategies Group, one of Austin's premier boutique development and brokerage firms. He later and rose to the rank of Vice President at CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm on the planet. In addition, he is an owner of 10 commercial properties here in Austin, as well as a half dozen restaurants.

He always puts the needs of his clients above his own. He has extensive personal experience as a Landlord, Tenant, investor, and developer. Because he has experienced the process from his client's perspective, he is better equipped to help understand their needs and find solutions.

Meet Craig Primozich

Craig Primozich specializes in representing business owners in tenant leasing for office and retail space.  An owner of several local businesses with a background in both construction and technology, Craig has a wealth of experience to share with his clients. An owner and concept developer of two Austin bar businesses, Craig also has experience re-purposing distressed properties into successful businesses on Rainey Street and East 11th St.

Originally from Maine, Craig moved to Austin in 1992 to attend the University of Texas, where he graduated with a degree in Geography and Urban Planning. With nearly 20 years in Austin, he relies on a deep knowledge of the local market, a broad network of service providers and a proven track record in business to eliminate "unknowns" and guide owners to the right properties for their goals. Craig understands that the right deal has to make sense- not only for a client's bottom line but also for their culture and brand.

Meet Lawson Pedder

Lawson brings a great deal of experience as both owner and advisor to the team at Dovetail Commercial Real Estate. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation as well as owner/user acquisition, disposition and investment sales.

An Austin native, Lawson earned his degree from the University of North Texas prior to his seven year tenure with Southwest Strategies Group, one of Austin’s top development and brokerage firms. He purchased his first investment property at the age of 24 and was quickly drawn to the real estate business, representing and advising a variety of clientele while simultaneously garnering experience as a real estate buyer, owner and landlord. Currently, Lawson manages his own portfolio of Austin-area properties, bringing to the table a wealth of experience in client advocacy.

Meet Adam Fike

Adam is a passionate Austin native, raised in a real estate family. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he joined the San Diego-based investment firm, Sperry Van Ness for eight successful years before returning to Austin in 2010. Back in his home city, he joined Southwest Strategies Group and most recently, Dovetail. Adam has an accomplished background in broker management, team building, analyzing, and marketing, as well as selling and leasing commercial properties. He takes great pride in his loyal client relationships and comprehensive array of service offerings. Specializing in owner-user and investment real estate with a focus on 1031 exchanges, Adam has been involved in countless transactions from sales of anchored retail centers to user leases and sales.

He and his wonderful wife Katie have two young children, Aila and Zane. Adam loves to spend his free time tending to his property, cooking for friends and family, playing a number of instruments, and exploring Austin with his family.

Meet Michael Covey

Originally from Houston, Michael has been in the Hill Country over 20 years and working in real estate for the last 12. A degree from Texas State University (SWT) and nearly ten years as a local business owner give Michael an ability to relate to his clients as operators. As an owner of three restaurants in Austin, Michael has first-hand knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry along with experience in the start-up process that benefits his clients. From Tenant Representation to Investment Sales to F&B Operations Consulting, Michael has created unique opportunities for his clients as well as investing opportunities for himself.

Outside of brokerage and restaurants, Michael enjoys time with his wife, Sarah and their two girls, Ella and Piper. While it’s a constant struggle, Michael hasn’t given up on his golf game yet. You may find him out on the range or the course looking for his ball.
